This is mostly just a curiosity thing, but I thought having the No OOB and OOB (or any%) categories next to each other was always the natural thing in speedrun leaderboards.

It is because no oob used to be a meme category. Its not really any more so there has been a lot of discussion around moving it to the main board. (which will more than likely happen at some point)
