step 1: open the run command window by pressing windows + R and put this in the box: steam://open/console
step 2: go to the steam console and put this command into it: download_depot 1703340 1703341 472626560727550350 (download may take a while and will not show progress)
step 3: once the download is done, go to the path it says it installed to and copy all the files in the folder, then paste them over the TSPUD game files
