I think it might be necessary to change the timing system to time without loads.

I recently bought a new gaming laptop since I started submitting times which loads the levels faster. I first noticed it when I beat my Transport Tear Up record by 10 seconds on my first attempt at a Full Game run.

Maybe 5 seconds might've been plausible just from using the London Bus and getting better at the game, but 10 seconds seemed excessive. So I decided to add up the loading times from my 10 seconds faster run, my first record, and kalikartoffel's previous record.

New Laptop = 21 seconds total loading time

Old Laptop = 26.5 seconds total loading time

kalikartoffel's previous record = 29.5 seconds loading time

Even my old laptop gave me a 3 seconds advantage, let alone this new one. If we want to level the playing field a bit, timing without loads will make it so having a faster computer doesn't give you a significant advantage.
