So with this route , with or without dark cave blind the final time should be around 2:50:00, i just got lost, was unfamiliar with certain areas and died and I'm sure there's some other optimizations that will make the time lower but the route looks like this after 8bit/cloud temple 1. I don't have time or interest to continue this game so good luck with the optimizations :).

• water temple - from howling grotto portal
• bamboo critter,
• Ruxx amulet - warp back ~dark cave next if you're doing it blind -seed -Cloud temple 2 Critter -plant seed in past -climb down and grab lava portal -lava critter -lava note -warp from lava portal -climb back up to orcs in future -go back in past to give thistle -strength note -warp and grab candle if you aren't doing the cave blind (skip if doing blind) -demon king - warp back if you did blind dark cave/moth boss already -fall to right and travel to cave from bamboo transition -dark cave lit -moth boss -save the girl and use the lava portal transition to get to her faster -save manfred -skylands -note #6 in dark realm -music box end game
