MVM Engineer rollout

Fully set up a dispenser, teleporter and a sentry gun on the front lines

Of course the Engineer Rollout can be different but should still have all 3 building near the front line

I like the concept, but seems like a ton of work to moderate. Rules need to be very strict and I dont think there is a lot of people caring about this types of speedrun.
