I was wondering if cutscenes and black screens count as load times?

i'm using livesplit and it only counts the paw print screens as load times

Yeah, I'd say they are the only loads. Hopefully we do loadless in the console versions of the game as well for an even playing field.

PC and Console are separate category's so it is an even playing field - all console players are running against each other with load times included.

load times only make up about 1 minutes of the run's time so the gap isn't huge anyway if you want to rank them all together.
