Hey, you've found a great skip! However, you cant use it in the Chao Cup because it is a small glitch. Obviously, you can use it in Individual Level Glitched.

All full game runs have been retimed to use IGT, and the rules have been updated accordingly to clarify this for future submissions to avoid confusion.
