This video was created to demonstrate what a near-perfect RTA Speedrun could potentially achieve in this category using optimized movement and a few strats that could be implemented into runs. No TAS only strats or tricks were used. The movie was created using Mupen64's movie with rerecording feature which allows the author of the movie to correct any mistakes by loading a savestate and continuing the making of the movie from there.
