Note. This Build and 1.1.3b Requiares 5 players to play the online game for some resean
so. update to the timing rules of both the tutorial and main game for playtests 4 and 5
IGT Timing will be used as it is seen in game. however the older timing rules will remain in place for non-igt time stuff. this new timing rule thing will only affect playtests 4 and 5. 1-3 will not be affected alongside the episodic games. yeah
