This run is not on the leaderboards (as of posting this anyway) but I did an All Achievements run a few months back and figured I would post what I have for it. Please note that this was originally made for personal use only so it may not be perfect. When in doubt, follow the provided video over the doc.
The final Day (after beating Kenny) can vary depending on how the early game was done (for blocks / perfect attacks), and as such I did not adjust anything from the 100% Guide (which I edited to make this) so for that part refer solely to the video.
