There no are runs of Alucard any% with Sega saturn, so i wonder if sega saturn is not allowed on that category

The Sega Saturn version of Symphony of the Night is essentially a completely different game for the purposes of speedrunning. The category is not here because there are very few runs and it is essentially inactive, but you can still run it of course.

Where can we submit an Alucard any% Saturn ver. run tho?

Currently we are not tracking Alucard on Saturn. Shouldn't stop you from running it though, go for it!
