Sorry for the post but I don't know the keywords to search for this particular problem. Im at 178.6%, i don't see any other places i can explore besides the water areas at the and what im posting about (circled on map). I can't mist through or find a switch to raise it anywhere nearby. Not sure what to do. google "clock tower gears" there is a video that shows alucard hitting the gears until they make a different noise thus unlocking that hidden area (works in both castles). Hope this helps
