Ahh, so you want to speedrun Parking Master? Don't, I want to keep my position on the leaderboards. I'm only kidding of course. But Parking Master is hard to... well... Master.

Let's begin with the basics.

If you want to get a fast start, you should drive into a wall immediately and trigger the insert 5 coins to respawn screen. After you insert those 5 coins, the run starts. This makes your run ever so slightly faster, but it really makes a difference on the leaderboards! Edit: This is now against the rules

Remember, you can turn the steering wheel, shift to drive, and start the gas BEFORE the game says PARK. Get everything set up so you can have a speed advantage.

Now, this is where the paths diverge. I will (if I have time) make a guide for warpless, and one for warp. But here is a tl;dr for all you impatient fellows:

Warp: You want to get into the warp zone as soon as possible and park on the 9 square. Don't even think about using the brakes, just push the gear to park once you're on the square. On the next level, you want to push the car onto the keypad, and park in the green square, all without braking. That's where many of my personal runs were messed up. Sometimes I pushed the car too far. Sometimes I accidentally went past the green square. Everything needs to be absolutely PERFECT for you to even have a CHANCE to get on the leaderboards, trust me.

Warpless: I have the only run right now, no matter how slow you go, you're guaranteed at least second. Edit: dangit
