Hi all, extremely new to this site, so apologies if this has been asked/answered before. Was wondering:

• why are certain glitches/tricks like the Yoshi clips, wings glitch, etc, allowed, but Orb and Cloud are not?
• can anyone elaborate on what exactly “arbitrary code execution” is referring to? Thanks!

Arbitrary code execution is a method of using multiple bugs in the game to write into an unused area of RAM and then jumping to it, thereby executing instructions that you wrote into that area. Here is an explanation video:
