This is probably a silly question, but do you suggest camera sensitivity be set to very high?

I dont have mine set to high because I only do nipple%, which doesnt require it, so I dont know

In theory, there are probably a few sections in the game where you are waiting for your camera to turn in order to see what you're doing before starting a piece of movement. I'd say put it at high / very high, but I don't think it's that much of a hindrance and more just down to personal preference.
