I assume that running with OpenEmu will lose time compared to an NES or an emulator that runs at 60.1, but I would like to be sure.
Yep, it does. The only hardwares/softwares that run at 60.09881 are the NES, Top Loaders, Famicoms (and FDS), Fceux, NEStopia and Bizhawk. Note that any emulator that runs on Mac run at 60 flat
