How to get 100% of the game using the file for IL speedruns and practice

Note, if you don't have the game 100% completed then this save file will allow you to have then this .SAV file will allow you to unlock all the levels in each world to speedrun IL, this file will only work with the US version of the https://gbatemp.net/download/super-mario-advance-4-super-mario-bros-3-100-save-slot.37516/
To get this on mGBA then you need to do this step
- Download Super Mario Advance 4 [Wii-U e-reader levels].sav
- Rename it to be identical to the name of the ROM, e.g. Super Mario Advance 4 - Super Mario Bros. 3 (USA) if you have the name of that ROM
- Put the .SAV in the file where the ROM is (.gba file) that you currently want to run
