If you have some experience with any% and want to move onto the next main category, here is a beginner No Major Skips run with relatively slow enough movement for you to match with a bit of practice, no hard strats, and every missed shine cancel in the book ->

New audio requirement rule
Runs which are • Sub 6:45 in Any% • Sub 26 in NMS • Sub 52 in 100% • WR in any other main game category will be required to have audio. Background music doesn't have to be enabled, but sound effects should be audible in the video.
