You must have 50000 points by the end of the run. The combo moves that are crossed out in the picture linked below (including Adv Web Gloves [L + B, B] and Adv Web Dome [L + X, X]) are not needed, as you already either have those combo moves, Green Goblin equivalents of those moves (such as Pumpkin Bombs), or they are not required to be collected, as some versions of the game do not have those combo moves. The remaining combos must be collected. You must start a new game on Hero mode. Given that there is no difference between Classic or Enhanced controls for Goblin, it doesn't matter which control style you choose.
