I can't speak for anyone else involved in moderating the Battle Network games, but I am heavily involved with moderating Battle Network 1, 2 and 3 and ensure that any submissions made here are seen to fairly promptly.
I'm willing to manually mirror each one of the games in the Mega Man series by myself. I've always been down to do that work. My preference would be that you guys maintain it after I'm done, but if you're not up for it then I'm also willing to port over new and updated PB's after they've been verified on MMLB.net. Hit me up with mod for one of the games; I'll start with that and we'll see how it turns out.
A sync is actually being worked on for Donkey Kong County so the groundwork will make it easier for a sync to be added for Mega Man.
