In SMM everytime after beating a level you have to wait for the white screen to dissapear to press "Next Scene"

If you press ESC during the white screen you can position your mouse in the screen where the "Next Scene" should appear and if you time it right you can press it before it appears on screen. This will save less than a second and the timing is very strict, check the SMM% WR for reference!
