so, i saw a new the climb il posted today (1:10) flagged as world record, but someone had a 1:03 until a few days ago?

The link you posted shows as private and doesnt link to anything for me. Also some people mightn't bother submitting their ILs/could've broken submission rules with the run. Any WR on this site is just the best time submitted that was verified
