As per the rules, runs are expected to be done in the latest version available that is within the range of allowed versions of a given category.

So today, people should generally play in 11.1.2 or 11.1.1 in most categories.

For "Tutorial% 10.3.1+", the range started at 10.3.1 because a breaking change happened in this version, but if you want to submit a run today in this category, you should play in 11.1.2 (android) or 11.1.1 (iOS or Switch), and not in 10.3.
