Man, because the hydrocity zone has 1 run and ben didn't put the "authorized run" on the hydrocity IL boards there is only 1 person running

It's confusing because you have resurrected a thread that has no context. And what you have said isn't true.

Any run that follows the rules will be accepted. If we know people who have done full game runs that include a better IL time that will get added to ensure the IL board doesn't show a non-optimal route or strat as the "best" run.
