Switch to using IGT instead of RTA so time save is focused on playing the levels better instead of also how fast you can touch the speed boost every level

I'm thinking about making people in new runs have to use R6 avatars to make the leaderboards more simpler. Do you think this is necessary? Also give me new suggestions too. Make sure to ping me!
