Since 1-9 is dead since to the new skip, and 1-18 is now shortened to sub 9, should there be sub-catagories that are "No Major Skips"? Cause seriously though, 14 seconds for a run is absurd.

Yeah... No Majors... Although he took the time to find that and that was pretty fuckin sick ill tell you that. Its still like a game breaker in the meta for speedrunning this game.
