So when you push the brown trigger to activate the bolder you want to jump and land on it near the center or better yet the end of the trigger as oppose to walking and triggering it that way. This makes it so you have enough time to reach the bolder on the first cycle and from there just jump and you'll reach the end of the stage. Here's a run in my Stage 9 IL for reference.
