Im new to all this sort of stuff and jist wanted to make sure if i have to stream the run or will a recording suffice? Thanks

You do not have to stream for video. All you need is a permanent video that will not disappear over time. (Along with following the rest of the rules)

Just to confirm this - do you need the 'Livesplit/Timer must be on screen' rule for recorded videos (using an Elgato) provided you show the difficulty at the start and in-game time at the end?

@Crazyreyn If you’re playing on console then no you don’t have to have a timer. Just show the difficulty at the start and the in game time at the end.
