i am not into speedrunning but i do contribute to redump, and i collect this and that, including asian variants.

sometimes a disc cover may look the same or very similar, but the content may be different. i've found a couple of software revisions which i'm happy to share if needed. if it can help get better times for speedrunners or whatever.

so far this is what i have (ignore the "complete guide" entry which isn't a game) - every entry has a unique disc content (it might be a more recent .exe file or anything else):
