I was just wondering if theres a way to change the size of the window mode?? in full screen i get inventory lag

No you can't change it, and full screen is pretty much unuseable for runs

How do people who stream their runs have full screen then?

Nobody uses full screen, you can resize the window in OBS/xsplit but that's about it. Unless you lower your monitor resolution to make the window bigger that way
