I have a problem with RE2 Sourcenext, I can't get it to full screen at 1080P and the obs does not enlarge the screen of resident evil 2, any help? I found a patch but it puts the game in English too and for speedrun Japanese texts are needed.

Did you try pressing F8 for full screen mode?
