NG% and Kill one monster% and death%

@FrostyNP and NG Can be NG 100% and NG Any% Death% timing starts when you leave the village and ends when the game over sign appears The kill% timing starts when you leave the village and ends when you kill a single monster and the game is really hard I cant kill the last Boss
