How to Make Portal a Tab
I haven't ran Portal for a while and my recording software can only record something like a tab. How do you make Portal not fullscreen?
By tab, do you mean window? If so, you can just go to options>video>display mode>run in window. Or you can use the Source Unpack version of Portal, then it is by default in windowed mode but you can't see the borders.
Infinite Sensitivity Ban
It was recently discovered that it is possible to set your mouse sensitivity to a value so high that the game considers it infinite, leading to several new glitchy techniques being discovered.
The rules have now been amended to ban these new techniques in both Inbounds No SLA Legacy and Glitchless.
