So, it's come to my attention that the PSP version of Pac-Man World 3 starts some levels about a minute into the level.

Overall, I don't see this making it the fastest version of the game in overall runs, but I'm imposing a rule for ILS

The PSP version of the game will be banned in ILS from every level of PMW3 where it starts the player farther in the level than the console/PC version of the game

These levels are: Banni Wasteland, The Spectral Vale, Banni Canyon, and Erwin's Fortress

Kingmarsh13's time for Banni Wasteland will stay because he submitted it before this rule was applied
