Really this level is 100% movement based, and speed will come with time.

The only help i can really give is that if you kickflip right as you leave the ground, pacmans upwards momentum will be cancelled, giving you a shorter jump height/distance, so you'll see me do that a lot in this level so that I can stay on solid ground.
