I noticed that this game has a pc port, but I've noticed that nobody runs it. I know that the Gamecube one is the definitive version to run, but is there any idea what differences there are between the two versions of the game is?

There is a huge list of differences, none of which are really that major. The most significant difference I've noticed is that the B-Doing Woods sequence break can't be performed in the same way, VP skip is slightly different, bosses are bounced off of instead of rolled off of, YPM time trial is 1-2 seconds faster, Wait Skip can't be done, crates can't be flip-kicked from the side, and there's probably others I can't think of at the moment. Also, someone would need to calculate the difference in load times.
