The reason 100% does not include all 189 tokens is because the requirements for making the save file 100% does not include getting all the tokens

if I can revive this thread, I'd say 189 tokens should be changed to max%

But getting tokens doesn't increase percentage, so max% doesnt make much sense

max%, if you don't know, means getting literally everything in the game, even if it doesn't contribute to an in-game percentage counter. For example, Toy story 2 max% involves picking up all coins, even though you only need 50 per level to achieve 100%, and there are 80-90 in a level.

I say keep it as 189 tokens simply because that name is much more convenient and self-explanatory. If Max% would be defined as "Collect all 189 tokens in the game", why not just call the category 189 tokens? Plus, if Max% is the name, what would become of 152 tokens? Mid%? Eh, I'm not buying this one.
