Is this adapter plugged under the gamecube allowed for speedruns ? Since we actually plug out cart there :)

Of course ! Actually, this is already what most runners play on (GBP on the leaderboards, for GameBoy Player), since it's the only alternative to DS for recording GBA gameplay on console :)
