Sign Clip is a clip that me (ssurt_) and ThePokemonkey123 have recently found. It takes place in Chapter 1 and saves 10 seconds if done optimally.
This guide will tell you step by step how to do Sign Clip, and there will be a full IL run of Chapter 1 with it at the end.

Find the ‘Gift Grasses’ sign and get behind it. A tiny bit of your torso should stick out the left side. There is no particular setup for how much of it should stick out, but you’ll get a feeling for it.

Turn the camera so that you see the left side of your character. After this, press and hold the A key and turn shift lock on. This should place you inside the wall. If you do not go into the wall far enough, flick your mouse to the right and back.

Turn off shift lock and wait for a little bit. You should slide down to the bottom of the wall. When this happens, turn your camera to the right of your character and turn on shift lock. You should fall down to the floor below.

Walk over to the edge of the floor and get ready to clip your arm into the door. Turn on shift lock and walk off sideways. Now start holding the key that puts your arm in the wall. You should teleport to inside the house that you pass later in Chapter 1.

Go over to the edge of the window and get ready to /e dance2 clip through the seam. Line yourself up with the seam using first person. When you are lined up, zoom out and turn your camera to the right of your character. Now type ‘/e dance2’ in chat to start doing dance2. When your character’s dance animation pauses, turn on shift lock. You should now be on the other side of the wall and can continue Chapter 1.
If either the clip through the wall or window don’t work on the first try, you have at most 2 more tries before you start losing time. Reset if this happens.
