NOTE: This trick only works on a keyboard + controller setup as you cannot buffer up/down shifts on keyboard and hydraulics on controller for some reason.
Hold your Down Shift button on controller and your Hydraulics Bounce button on keyboard during loading screens for instant wheelies. You have to time your gas/acceleration button manually after the loading screen ends otherwise your Hydraulics Bounce will not work. Shift into first gear after revving to around ~5000rpm for the best possible wheelies. It takes a bit of practice to get the timing down, but it is totally worth practicing as it speeds up free roaming quite a lot over the course of a full game run.
