How to play NFSII on modern systems

- Download modern patch from Resources.
- Extract it to any folder.
- Copy FEDATA and GAMEDATA folders from NFSIISE CD or iso to the same folder.
- Run the game via nfs2se.exe
Added car filter
Cars are now separated by a filter that you can use to only display specific cars. This allowed you to filter out FZR runs if you do not wish to see them and only want to compete with F50, F1, GT90, etc. runs.
