I looked at Nascar Thunder 2003 and it says emulators are banned but for this game (Nascar Thunder 2004) it has it as an option is emulator allowed? Im just asking just to make sure.

@j3j_ajxx yes emulators are allowed. Previously they weren't from the mods before my time and I never had checked to update them
