Some maps of this game by VGCartography are viewable on VGMaps (link) & their DeviantArt (link). They're labeled with most of the treasures, enemies (and their HP), and more! They might be useful for learning the game or routing it.
- Ocean Tower / First Dungeon (damage chart given is incorrect; use this)
- Cardon Forest & South Cardon
- Underground Ruins (damage chart given is incorrect; use this)
- Apple Market, Downtown, & Old City
- City Hall
- Yass Plains & Clozer Woods
- Uptown (missing a few small Zenny rewards in boxes/chests, & the Vacuum Arm part next to the hospital)

Some maps are viewable on Mega Man Legends Station (link) as well, which use the in-game maps instead. They only really cover dungeons, however.
