I was going to run mm 100% glitchless and I saw in the "Game Rules" that retro arch isn't allowled i don't know why but it's not allowed.please tell me why

Most likely is cause its load times aren't consistent or reflect the hardware the game came out on.

If you're using the Mupen64Plus core on retroarch, I think that would be allowed.
