Scrambled Eggs% requires the player to throw one of each type of egg available in Minecraft (egg, turtle egg, and dragon egg) into a single block of lava, hence "scrambling" all of Minecraft's eggs (that are available in survival mode).

That's literally just Any% + some extra steps, so no.
