Can I record a run with my phone pointed at my tv or do I have to use a capture card?

I was wondering the same thing. I think if it’s stable enough you should be fine

it doesn't matter how you record it just has to be a good enough quality so that the mods can verify the run

As long as we can see everything going on during the run and there are no substantial frame drops, you can record however you want.
