It was removed because the runner never actually pressed any button or looked around. When they submitted it, they considered dying as their first input, even though that isn't an input. The run was originally rejected, but eventually, that user became a moderator, and re-submitted it, and self-verified it. That user has been removed from the moderator team for this game (for a different reason), and now the run has been taken off of the leaderboard.
