If you are using the rimbuk Cheat. Can you use the howhardcanitbe0 - 9 Cheat Code? I do want to know if you can use that Cheat Code as well. I am wondering about that. Cause, if you use the howhardcanitbe0 Cheat Code it would make the game so easy and you can dominate the race course a lot faster and I believe that you can get a Sub 2h run if that is possible right there. Or, a Sub 2h 10m or 2h 15m. That would be something else if you can use that cheat along with the rimbuk cheat code.

I don't think cheats other than rimbuk are allowed. Below are the rules as they are written today:

Timer starts with the first cutscene, ends when you finish the last race with Savo and unlock the Veloci.

Use cheat code rimbuk, and make sure it's shown in the run. The timer starts when you initiate your first race in Arcade Mode, or at the first cutscene of Career Mode.

rimbuk can be used to gain certain vehicles for career mode. hard0 would actually be slower than hard9 due to racer speed being much slower during follow sequences.

I get it. So, you are only allowed to use the rimbuk cheat and not the howhardcanitbe cheat. That is interesting right there. Thanks for the advice. So, I would need to start Arcade or Career Mode for this to work. And, does the any% start on Career Mode or Arcade Mode? That is the confusing part right for me.
