Mods are generally allowed to even out competition between people with differing hardware, for verification purposes, or for security purposes. Beyond that, only mods that do not significantly detract from vanilla integrity during the in-game portion of the run will be considered for legalization. So it is best to speedrun without mods,speedrunning with mods must follow what above I said,if you use that is not on the list,your run will be rejected
