Am I allowed to use PCSX2 to run this game ?

For the time being, no. But you are the second person to want to run this game on emulator. If you want I could create a separate category for emulator since the demand seems to be there.

Maybe ill seen if the PS2 Video to HDMI adapter I have ordered works, if not you can add the new category.
